Job summary

Emmaus Christian School in Canberra is seeking a Deputy Principal (Strategy and Educational Operations) to commence January 2027 or by negotiation. This senior role supports the Principal in strategic leadership, driving project delivery and ensuring educational operations run smoothly.

The Deputy Principal will lead across registration, compliance, policy deployment, timetabling and staffing continuity to sustain excellent teaching and learning within a Christian worldview.

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith and involvement in a Christian church.
• Proven track record of excellence in educational leadership.
• Experience leading school improvement and educational operations through strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide whole-school leadership in strategic project delivery and educational operations.
• Support the Principal in faithful, strategic and effective leadership.
• Oversee school registration, educational compliance and policy implementation.
• Coordinate timetabling, staffing continuity and operational systems for teaching and learning.
