Job summary

Emmaus Christian School in Canberra is seeking a Deputy Principal (Strategy and Educational Operations) to commence January 2027 or by negotiation. This senior role supports the Principal in strategic leadership, driving project delivery and ensuring educational operations run smoothly.

The Deputy Principal will lead across registration, compliance, policy deployment, timetabling and staffing continuity to sustain excellent teaching and learning within a Christian worldview.

The Deputy Principal (Strategy and Educational Operations) is a significant senior executive leadership position responsible for supporting the Principal in the faithful, strategic and effective leadership of Emmaus Christian School. The Deputy Principal translates the School's strategic direction into disciplined implementation and dependable educational operations. The role provides whole-school leadership in strategic project delivery, school registration and educational compliance, policy implementation, timetabling, staffing continuity, and operational systems that enable teaching and learning to occur effectively.

• Recognised teaching qualifications and current teacher registration
