Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA Inc. is seeking a Data Governance Lead to drive governance and data management across RACWA. You will work with the Senior Manager, Data Governance to operationalise the Data Governance Framework and support domains, risk, compliance and data owners.

You will engage stakeholders, define data quality and lifecycle processes, and contribute to automation and controls to improve data quality and risk-aligned decision making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or insurance is desirable.
• Familiarity with data management frameworks (e.g., DMBOK, DCAM).
• Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in data governance or data management roles.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise best practice data capabilities across RAC domains.
• Support data, privacy and security programs of work.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote effective data governance.
• Define data quality rules and lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Perform data impact assessments and manage data workflows.
