We specialise in the hire and servicing of mobile accommodation units, kitchens, industrial and exploration caravans, generators, water systems, and portable buildings—alongside fully integrated catering, cleaning, and site management services.

In this role you will support camp operations, supervise teams, manage bookings and ensure safety and service standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ remote site experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ people management experience.
• Experience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• All-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detail.

• Ensure consistent delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services
• Manage bookings, check-in/check-out procedures and general camp administration
• Liaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standards

• Assist hands‑on with room cleaning and other operational tasks when required

Required Licences and Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• First Aid Certificate and National Police Check
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Ability to work unrestricted hours
• Cert III Commercial Cookery
• Food safety and workplace safety knowledge
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Similar hospitality or site services experience

The successful candidate must complete a pre‑employment medical.
