Job summary

BBB Remote Site Services seeks an experienced Camp Supervisor to support daily camp operations at remote sites across Australia. The role involves hands-on management of accommodation, meals, cleaning and maintenance to uphold service standards.

You will coordinate bookings and check-in/check-out, liaise with client management and camp teams, and help maintain a safe, positive camp environment. A remote-site background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ remote site experience
• Minimum 1–2 years’ people management experience
• Experience across accommodation, food, cleaning or housekeeping services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• All-rounder camp management capability with strong attention to detail

• Similar hospitality or site services experience
