Job summary

ACCIONA Precast Solutions (APS) in Yandina Creek, Queensland, is seeking a split role professional to manage cost control, project controls, and tender support across major infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will maintain cost control systems, track budgets, prepare take-offs and cost estimates, issue RFQs, and support tender submissions while collaborating with project, commercial and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Experience on construction projects is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• High proficiency in Excel; SAP and Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project cost control systems and track budgets.
• Prepare take-offs, rate build-ups and tender cost estimates.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and variance commentary.
• Issue RFQs and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support tender submissions and baseline budget setting.
• Collaborate with project, commercial and supply chain teams.
