NSW Government seeks two Community and Stakeholder Engagement Specialists to drive strategic engagement across NSW, reporting to the Senior Manager. Roles located in Parramatta and Sydney CBD, focusing on targeted communities and stakeholder groups.

Contract through 31 March 2027. Requires IAP2 certificate or willingness to obtain, strong storytelling, and data-driven evaluation skills. Travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for complex programs.
• Strong relationship-building across government, industry, community and Aboriginal partners.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, tailored to audiences and channels.
• Ability to use data and insights to target engagement and measure impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, insight-led community and stakeholder engagement across NSW.
• Develop and deliver engagement and communications strategies informing decisions and outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice on engagement opportunities, risks and issues.
• Use data and insights to target activity, anticipate trends and measure impact.
• Create compelling content connecting Transport's vision to local priorities and benefits.
• Lead consultations, workshops, forums and events to build trust and capture insights.
• Build relationships with government, industry, community and Aboriginal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and uphold high-quality engagement practices.
