Qualifications

Substantial experience in strategic communications, media, marketing and stakeholder engagement.
High-level written, verbal and digital communication skills.
Ability to provide strategic advice to senior leaders and manage sensitive matters.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural engagement with diverse communities.
Experience in leading communication strategies that align with priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation and evaluation of school communications, media, marketing and stakeholder engagement activities.
Provide high-level strategic advisory on communications and media to Principal and leadership team.
Oversee internal and external communications across multiple platforms (website, social media, newsletters, media releases).
Promote school programs and achievements through coordinated campaigns to strengthen profile and engagement.
Build relationships with students, families, staff, Aboriginal communities and external partners.
