• Experience leading complex organisational reform and enterprise-wide transformation in public or private sector.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and relationship-building with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of a whole-of-government strategic communications, media and engagement system.
• Establish governance, standards and performance frameworks for the Strategic Communications Hub.
• Drive a contemporary, accessible and high-quality communications function across participating agencies.
• Foster a unified, high-performing culture and support agency service delivery.
