Job summary

Built Living is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive end-to-end commercial performance across development, manufacturing and design&construct delivery. You will establish disciplined commercial frameworks, govern risk, and lead procurement strategy to deliver margin and cash flow at scale.

Reporting into the national leadership team, you will build a high‑performing commercial function, set standards, and coach a growing team as Built Living expands nationally across Australia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership within construction, property development, infrastructure or related project delivery.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, procurement models, and risk management.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the commercial strategy across development, manufacturing and D&C delivery.
• Lead procurement strategy, negotiations with major suppliers and strategic partners.
• Develop framework agreements leveraging scale and long-term buying power.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial function with clear standards and governance.
