Job summary

Cabcharge, part of the ComfortDelGro Australia group, is seeking a Client Success professional to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients across Australia. You will maximise value from Cabcharge's products and services through a consultative approach and close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams.

You’ll drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional client outcomes while contributing to the business's ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Solution Sales or similar B2B roles.
• Proven ability to identify and develop opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and reporting.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Drive product adoption, utilisation and account growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals and recommendations.
• Lead pricing and commercial discussions within agreed parameters.
• Monitor account performance, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Coordinate the implementation of products and services with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account and activity reporting through CRM systems.
