The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks an Organisational Change Manager to guide change across Emergency Management Victoria’s Technology and Data division. You will drive program-level change management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational capability building to embed sustainable adoption of new platforms and processes.

This fixed-term, full-time role is based in Victoria, VPS grade 6, with a salary range of $142,790–$191,084 plus super.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional change management experience leading end-to-end programs.
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build consensus across agencies.
• Experience applying modern change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.).
• Track record of designing and measuring business readiness and adoption metrics.
• Ability to identify and mitigate change risks in complex, multi-agency environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of strategic change management outcomes for the program and provide authoritative advice.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the change management strategy across the program.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and sector collaboration with senior stakeholders across agencies.
• Establish and oversee stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure readiness and alignment with priorities.
