Job summary

American International Group in Sydney, Australia seeks a Change Communications and Engagement Lead for the CORE+ program to translate complex risk, governance and transformation content into clear employee messages. You will develop leader talking points, FAQs, manager toolkits and multi-channel communications while coordinating with Legal, HR and risk teams.

You will monitor sentiment, support change adoption, ensure regulatory messaging remains accurate, and drive engagement across channels

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in internal communications, change communications or transformation communications within a complex corporate environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex risk/governance content into clear messaging for employees and leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across Legal, Risk, HR and program teams.
• Experience developing multi-channel communications, leader talking points and manager toolkits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of internal communications for the CORE+ program.
• Translate complex content into accessible employee communications, FAQs and talking points.
• Support development of CORE+ narrative, tone and messaging guardrails for leadership.
• Coordinate communications with CORE+ program team, ERM, Legal, HR, Marketing & Communications.
• Develop leader enablement materials to explain change, risk, escalation and impact.
• Monitor employee sentiment and feedback, refine messaging as needed.
• Maintain controls over sensitive messaging with compliance and regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate materials across channels (email, Teams, SharePoint, cascades).
• Support reporting on reach, engagement, and issues requiring escalation.
