Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking a procurement professional for a 6-month contract in Sydney. The role will manage end-to-end procurement across People & Culture, Managed Accounts and Distribution, lead renewals, and steer competitive sourcing activities aligned with procurement policy.

You will review supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding and risk assessments with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end procurement lifecycle experience across multiple functions.
• Strong contract review and negotiation capabilities with risk awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in supplier onboarding and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234 would be highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle across People & Culture, Managed Accounts and Distribution teams.
• Lead renewal and renegotiation programme for Corporate Services contracts (Jan–Jun 2027).
• Plan and run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and direct negotiations with clear commercial recommendations.
• Review, draft and negotiate supplier contracts including data protection and SLAs.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk assessments with governance teams.
• Ensure third-party arrangements meet policy and regulatory requirements.
