Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a highly organised Business Manager, Business Bank to partner with the Product Domain Owner and leadership team in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. You will coordinate operating rhythm, performance reporting, and exec-ready briefings, translating business needs into clear analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

You’re a highly organised and collaborative business partner who can bring structure, momentum and commercial thinking to a complex product environment.
Strong analytical, reporting and data-interpretation skills will be important, along with the ability to prepare executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

Oversee the domain’s operating rhythm, performance reporting and information flow, tracking key actions to completion.
Prepare high-quality briefings and packs for senior engagements and identify emerging business risks.
Coordinate across performance, finance, projects, risk, compliance and delivery to support day-to-day execution.
