Job summary

Adactin is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will work closely with Product Owners to define business requirements, create and refine backlogs, and develop Epics and User Stories.

Strong collaboration across stakeholders, developers and QA will be essential to deliver business value. You will ensure high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, assist in planning, and maintain relationships with internal and external teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience developing backlogs and user stories is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication with collaborative delivery.
High competency with issue/task management systems and team collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Owner in inception and development of business requirements, process and systems.
Participate in development of Epics and User Stories.
Maintain Product backlog with Scrum master & Product Owner.
Ensure user stories have persona, acceptance criteria and testability.
Support the Program Manager with planning tasks and requirements gathering.
Document as-is and to-be states of systems.
Coordinate with test team for triaging defects.
Document critical support/admin tasks for transition activities.
Create training material for operational teams.
