Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a leading Australian infrastructure group to appoint a senior commercial finance professional to own the end-to-end benefits framework for a major transformation program in Sydney.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will quantify value, validate realised benefits, develop KPIs, and provide insights to the C-suite and governance forums, using Power BI and Power Apps for reporting.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, management accounting, business performance or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex data.
• Ability to translate complexity for a C-suite audience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting tools is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to quantify value, set baselines and validate realised benefits.
• Own the end-to-end benefits framework, driving consistency and accuracy in measurement and reporting.
• Provide insight and challenge on pace of delivery, ambition and emerging risk.
• Lead continuous improvement of benefits tracking tools and reporting processes.
• Support the development of KPIs and performance measures across workstreams.
• Prepare benefits reporting and forecasts for C-suite governance forums.
• Partner with FP&A on monthly, annual and planning-cycle reporting.
