Qualifications

• 10+ years’ domain architecture experience in HR domain.
• Enterprise-level, cloud-native full-stack design experience.
• Experience leading engineers and engineering managers.
• Strong knowledge of AI and API-first scalable, secure services.
• Experience in agile environments with automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Clear communication across business and technical stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities
