Job summary

PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst to deliver consumer, shopper and market insights for the ANZ Food Business, supporting research execution, analysis, and reporting across qualitative and quantitative methodologies. You will translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the ANZ Consumer Insights agenda.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in market research are preferred, with strong Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into compelling business stories.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience through internships, university projects, or 1-2 years in market research, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support consumer, shopper, category, and brand research projects from planning through delivery.
Analyse consumer, market, and brand data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Develop clear reports, presentations, and actionable insight stories for stakeholders.
Coordinate with research agencies and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and project execution.
Maintain insights knowledge sharing, support administrative processes, and contribute to the ANZ Consumer Insights agenda.
