Job summary

PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst to support the ANZ Food Business with consumer, shopper, and market insights. You will assist with research execution, analysis, and reporting while developing expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods.

Responsibilities include supporting projects, identifying trends, creating clear insight stories for stakeholders, and coordinating with agencies to manage timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into compelling business stories.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience through internships, university projects, or 1-2 years in market research, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support consumer, shopper, category, and brand research projects from planning through delivery.
• Analyse consumer, market, and brand data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Develop clear reports, presentations, and actionable insight stories for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with research agencies and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and project execution.
• Maintain insights knowledge sharing, support administrative processes, and contribute to the ANZ Consumer Insights agenda.
