Medibank is seeking an Analyst in Provider Strategy Analytics in Melbourne to support decision-making through rigorous analytics and storytelling. You will partner with the Provider Strategy team to deliver insights that improve member and enterprise value.

The role focuses on healthcare efficiency, performance and quality, with opportunities to advance via modern analytics methods, including AI/ML, and collaboration across a mid-to-large corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in mathematics, informatics, economics, statistics, health, analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in a mid-large corporate environment preferred.
• Ability to analyse complex data and tell a data-driven story to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop meaningful and actionable insights to support Medibank’s health care strategies and initiatives.
• Provide analysis on new funding methods and pricing changes.
• Monitor and analyse benefit outlay and provide targeted commentary.
• Analyse member risk profiles and advise on health care interventions.
• Leverage advanced analytics and AI/ML to deliver business value.
