You will be the primary contact for Strategic Accounts, handling calls and written inquiries while supporting senior team members and contributing to a differentiated customer experience.

You will learn Tyro’s products, stay current with service improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to retain high‑value merchants across various industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer service across phone and written channels.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive help‑oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and guide customers calmly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Educate customers on Tyro Banking, eCommerce and Lending products.
• Troubleshoot issues with terminals and eCommerce inquiries; guide EFTPOS activation.
• Meet monthly performance standards and maintain positive customer relations.
