Job summary

TH Building Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations across Australia. You will ensure accuracy of financial records and support strategic planning, with reporting to Senior Accountant/Head of Finance.

The role covers periodic reports, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls. You should have tertiary accounting or commerce qualifications, at least two years of company accounting experience, and proficiency with Xero or MYOB and Excel.

Qualifications

• Tertiary accounting or commerce qualification.
• At least two years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Xero or MYOB and Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Assist in budgeting and monitor actual vs. budget performance.
• Review cash flows and internal controls to prevent cost overruns.
• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
