Job summary

Telstra is seeking an Account Manager for the Geelong VIC TBTC team. The role is on-site at Suite 1A & 1B, 17-19 Fenwick Street, Geelong, VIC 3220, Australia.

You will manage customer relationships, drive revenue, and support the portfolio with outbound campaigns and targeted campaigns. Join Telstra Business Technology Centers to deliver external customer outcomes, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve product and service knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone manner.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs, tailor solutions and close deals.

• Strong time management to handle call volumes and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing relevant customer relationships to support development, drive satisfaction and achieve revenue and sales objectives for the defined portfolio.
• Contribute to implementing segment and portfolio strategy to support retention and growth of customer portfolios.
• Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, explore sales opportunities, respond to queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads across the TBTC channel.
• Develop and maintain account and portfolio plans to support relationship development and achieve financial and customer targets.
