We are on the lookout for a customer and solutions focused Strata Manager to work from ourStrata Complete, Hobartbranch.This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. Supported by a customer care team and centres of expertise, we work as one team to deliver value to our customers. We convert challenges into opportunities and pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Always delivering high-quality customer service in any situation.
  • Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings.
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialised departments to support you, including an assistant strata manager.
  • Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Overseeing the placement of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.


About you:

  • You are a problem solver and thrive on delivering solutions
  • You have experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role. You can interpret the legislation and are able to communicate this to people in a clear way.
  • You are great at building relationships and look for win/win solutions.
  • You get things done, take appropriate action and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
  • You love achieving your goals and celebrating your (and others’) success in a team environment.
  • You understand the basics of Microsoft Office programs and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
