SPE Plumbing is seeking a Strata Maintenance Plumber to join our fast-growing team serving Sydney-wide strata and property management clients.

The role focuses on maintenance plumbing, preventative work, and customer-facing service, with opportunities for career progression within a family-owned company. You will work on varied strata projects and receive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Maintenance plumbing experience is essential.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in strata environments and preventative maintenance.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
• Ability to work independently on own jobs.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose maintenance issues and problem solve on site.
• Carry out strata and commercial/domestic plumbing tasks.
• Engage with clients to ensure service levels are met.
