Job summary

As a Strata Claims Consultant with Crawford, you will manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing clear communication, practical guidance and timely outcomes.

Experience in insurance or strata claims is highly regarded, but we also welcome strong customer service professionals from retail or call centre environments who are ready to build a long-term career in insurance.

Internal title: Strata Internal Claims Adjuster. This role may also be known as Claims Consultant, Claims Manager or Claims Handler.
