Illawarra Strata Management – Wollongong is seeking a motivated Part-Time Strata Assistant to join our in-office team. This 25-hour-per-week role (Mon–Fri) offers a supportive, vibrant environment and clear pathways to progress within the strata sector.

About The Role

This in-office, part-time position (25 hours across five days) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being at the heart of a team. You\'ll be the welcoming face and a point of contact for clients, while keeping the office running smoothly and supporting our Strata Managers.

Day-to-day You\'ll
  • Greet and assist owners, committee members, and contractors in person and by phone
  • Support Strata Managers with meeting agendas, notices, and minutes
  • Manage incoming mail, emails, and office presentation
  • Help coordinate contractor work orders and track progress
  • Keep records and compliance registers up to date
  • Contribute to a friendly, professional, and positive office culture
