Job summary

Superior Food Services is a leading Australian foodservice distributor, supplying quality products to hospitality, clubs, healthcare and education. We’re seeking an experienced Pick Packer/Storeperson with a valid Australian FL License to join our Ingleburn, NSW warehouse and help keep operations running smoothly.

You will pick and pack orders, replenish stock, and maintain a safe, clean work area across dry and freezer/chiller environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Experience working in dry and chiller/freezer environments is highly regarded.
• Understanding of HACCP or food-safety requirements is beneficial.
• Commitment to safe manual handling and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Replenish stock to ensure pick faces are ready for the shift.
• Check orders, identify discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area including general cleaning and housekeeping.

Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for an experienced and reliable Pick Packer/Storeperson holding a valid Australian FL License to join our distribution team in Ingleburn, NSW.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by replenishing stock and accurately picking orders across dry/freezer/chiller environments. If you’ve worked in food, FMCG, logistics or a fast-paced warehouse and you bring a positive, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Replenish stock to ensure pick faces are ready for the shift
• Check orders, identify discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe work area (general cleaning and housekeeping)

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment (highly regarded)
• Previous experience in chiller/freezer environments (highly regarded)
• Understanding of HACCP requirements (beneficial)
• Sound understanding of workplace safety (OH&S) and compliance expectations
• Commitment to safe, correct manual handling at all times
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
