Job summary

Superior Food Services is a leading Australian foodservice distributor, supplying quality products to hospitality, clubs, healthcare and education sectors in Sydney. The role based in Ingleburn involves picking and packing orders in dry, freezer and chiller environments, with shifts from 6am–2.06pm or 7am–3.06pm.

You will replenish stock, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety and hygiene standards. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience and can work in high-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment (highly regarded).
• Experience in chiller/freezer environments (highly regarded).
• Understanding of HACCP requirements (beneficial).
• Sound understanding of workplace safety (OH&S) and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Replenish stock to ensure pick faces are ready for the shift.
• Check orders, identify discrepancies and report issues promptly.

Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for an experienced and reliable Pick Packer/Storeperson to join our distribution team in Ingleburn, Sydney. We have both full time and casual opportunities working 6am – 2.06pm or 7am - 3.06pm.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly by replenishing stock and accurately picking orders across dry/freezer/chiller environments. If you’ve worked in food, FMCG, logistics or a fast-paced warehouse and you bring a positive, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately
