Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. in Indooroopilly, Queensland, is seeking a friendly, energetic store team member to join our Dulux Trade Centre. You’ll greet trade and DIY customers, offer product advice, and help with paint mixing and transactions.

This full-time 38-hour-per-week role requires good communication, a can-do attitude, and physical ability to lift paint tins up to 25kg. Training is provided, with career development and wellbeing perks.

Our network of Dulux Trade and Paint Spot stores provide our customers best in class service and products across the country. We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Dulux Stores network. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or just love helping others, we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care
• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference
• Mixing and tinting paint (we’ll teach you—it’s easier than it sounds!)
• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best

This is a full-timerole of 38 hours per week, based at our Indooroopilly QLD, Dulux Trade Centre store. It is essential you are available Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
