Job summary

Dulux Group is hiring for a part-time Dulux Trade Centre store role in Maroochydore, QLD. You’ll greet customers, provide product advice, and assist with tinting and transactions. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team in a busy retail environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg. This role offers a team-based, flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the Dulux Group.

• You’re a great communicator and a natural problem-solver.
• You’re physically fit (you’ll be lifting paint tins up to 25kg).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care.
• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference.
• Mixing and tinting paint and learning the process.
• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best.
• Working approx. 25 hours per week at Maroochydore, Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays.
