Job summary

Harvey Norman Horsham is seeking a Storesperson for a part-time role in the Horsham warehouse, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth dispatch and receipt of orders. This position supports a busy retail operation and requires good communication and teamwork.

Candidates should be highly organised, able to prioritise, and willing to work across retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Be highly organised with strong time-management skills.
• Must be motivated with a great eye for detail.
• Experience handling delivery sheets and warehouse distribution is a plus.
• Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude and adapt to retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching and receiving orders.

• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse and load trucks.
• Maintain WH&S standards and safe work practices.

The Harvey Norman HorshamWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
