Job summary

Harvey Norman Warwick Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. The role involves dispatching and receiving orders and liaising with customers to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, team oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks with strong time management and attention to detail. Forklift and driving licences are preferred or essential.

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written.

• Experience checking delivery sheets.

• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and receiving of orders.

• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.
• Commit to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

What we require:

• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred or essential)
