Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson is Australia’s most recognised electrical wholesaler. A permanent, full time Storeperson role is available at our Queensland branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will liaise with customers and suppliers, reconcile goods and deliveries, pick and pack items, deliver orders and support the branch team in everyday store tasks including OH&S compliance. You will need a current driver's license with a clean record and a forklift licence, plus a keen eye for detail and

Qualifications

• Willing to learn new systems & rapidly gain product knowledge.
• Able to accurately process orders, purchase orders and quotes.
• Have a current drivers licence with clean driving record.
• A current forklift licence.
• Customer focused and able to build relationships.
• Focused on a high level of attention to detail.
• Willing to display a strong work ethic and roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customer & suppliers regarding goods, delivery dates and availability.
• Reconcile inwards and outwards goods against invoices/ delivery dockets.
• Pick, pack and label outgoing goods.
• Delivering customer orders.
• Provide general support to the Branch Manager and the branch team.
• General store work and housekeeping (including OH&S).
