Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an enthusiastic Storeperson in Altona. You will handle inbound/outbound orders, stock put-aways, and stock replenishment with RF scanners and a WMS. The role requires team collaboration and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Forklift Licence highly desirable.
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processing inbound and outbound orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing put-aways of goods into designated locations.
• Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability.
• Utilising handheld RF scanners to process orders and manage inventory.
• Operating a WMS to print labels and verify data accuracy.
• Supporting stocktakes to maintain inventory records.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting hazards.
