Job summary

Auto Parts Group (APG) is seeking a Casual Warehouse - Storeperson for our NSW Distribution Centre in Smithfield. You will play a vital role in loading/unloading containers, picking and packing goods, and ensuring safe stock handling with RF scanning.

We value adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Forklift licence is desirable, and the role involves some heavy lifting and daily warehousing tasks within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ERP-type processes.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and communicate effectively within a team.
• Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
• Forklift licence is desirable.

About the Role

We are excited to offer Casual Warehouse - Storeperson positions in our incoming team at our NSW Distribution Centre located at Smithfield. Join our dynamic growing team and play a vital role in our efficient operations!

The primary role of the Storeperson (Incoming) is to undertake:

• Loading and unloading containers and IBT cages
• Picking and packing of goods
• Safe handling of stock and use of RF Scanner Technology
• General warehousing duties
• Comply with ALL company policies, guidelines, directions & QA practices
• Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting

About you, skills and experience

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently and work well within a team.

We are looking for a someone who has:

• A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
• Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
• Forklift Licence (not required but is desirable).
