Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence (highly desirable).
• Proven ability to pick, pack, check and dispatch orders.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Team player with focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to customer specification.
• Process inbound and outbound orders.
• Perform putaways into designated locations.
• Replenish stock in a timely manner.
• Operate handheld RF scanners.
• Use WMS to print labels and verify data.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of orders.
• Follow client SOPs to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with stocktakes as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to DHL safety policies.
