Job summary

Laminex Australia is looking for a Store Person/HR Truck Driver to join our Coffs Harbour team on a casual basis. The role involves loading and unloading trucks and delivering products to customers across the region, with hours from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

There is potential for future progression to a full-time role. We value safety, customer service, and reliability, and a Heavy Rigid licence with at least 6 months experience, plus a forklift licence, are required.

Qualifications

• Heavy Rigid truck licence with 6 months+ experience driving HR or bigger.
• Forklift licence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Safety-minded with strong safetY awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Deliver Laminex products to customers in the Coffs Harbour region.
• Support regional distribution in casual hours 8:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.

The Position

Laminex are now searching for a Store person/ HR Truck Driver to join our close knit Coffs Harbour team. This role is focused on servicing the Coffs region and surrounds. Working casually dependant on requirement between hours of 8.00am – 4pm, Monday-Friday, your primary responsibilities will be loading and unloading of our trucks and the delivery of our products to our valued customers across the region.

This casual vacancy can have future opportunity to become a permanent full-time role.

About You

We are looking for a people focused and safety minded person who is ready to join a leading business in a pivotal role. You must have a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things along with the following skills and experience:

• Must have a Heavy Rigid truck licence with 6 months + exp driving HR or bigger
• Must have current Forklift licence
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with board products highly regarded
• Strong safety focus is essential
• Physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved in this role
• Exceptional awareness of safety in the workplace
