Job summary

John R Turk Electrical, part of Rexel Australia, Warnervale branch is hiring a full-time Storeperson/Driver to join a dedicated team.

You will handle general warehousing tasks, loading and unloading deliveries, packing orders and supporting showroom activities, while maintaining safety and quality standards. A current forklift license and a valid driver’s license are desirable; training is provided to develop your career in a leading electrical wholesaler network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or warehousing experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and grow with in-house training.
• Organised, responsible and a team player.
• Current driver's license with clean record.
• Current forklift license desirable.

Responsibilities

• General warehousing duties including loading/unloading deliveries and processing orders.
• Stock control: check goods received, book in purchase orders and stocktakes.
• Inventory maintenance and picking/packing items.
• Showroom & warehouse housekeeping.
• Drive safely and follow road rules; uphold safety culture.
• Provide customer service and sales support to trades.

Job Description

• General warehousing/storeperson duties including loading & unloading deliveries, processing & shipping customer orders. checking good received, booking in purchase orders and stocktake
• Inventory maintenance andpick packing items
• General showroom & warehouse housekeeping
• Driving in a safe, courteous manner and abiding by the road rules at all times
• Uphold an already strong safety culture
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing or warehousing role is nice-to-have. Regardless, we will give you all the support and in-house training needed to help you build a career from ground up!
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
• Organised, responsible and a team player.
• Current drivers license with clean record
• Current Forklift license desirable
