Job summary

Rexel Group in Sydney is hiring a full-time Storeperson/Driver to join the Alexandria team. You will handle warehousing tasks, stock control and order processing while providing excellent customer service to a broad range of trades in the electrical industry.

The role requires a current driver’s license, with forklift experience considered desirable. You will work in a busy warehouse/showroom environment with a strong safety culture and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or transport.
• Organised, responsible and a team player.
• Current driver’s license with clean record.
• Forklift license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle loading and unloading of deliveries and processing orders.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stocktakes.
• Perform showroom and warehouse housekeeping.
• Drive safely and comply with road rules at all times.
• Support customers and provide sales assistance to trades in the electrical industry.

Job Description

• General warehousing/storeperson duties including loading & unloading deliveries, processing & shipping customer orders. checking good received, booking in purchase orders and stocktake

• Inventory maintenance andpick packing items

• General showroom & warehouse housekeeping

• Driving in a safe, courteous manner and abiding by the road rules at all times

• Uphold an already strong safety culture

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehousing, logistics or transport role

• Organised, responsible and a team player.

• Current drivers license with clean record

• Current Forklift license desirable
