Job summary

PFD Food Services is seeking a casual warehouse worker in Alice Springs to plan, pick, and cross-check orders while maintaining stock rotation. You will operate in temperature-controlled environments ranging from 4°C to -24°C, ensuring safety and HACCP compliance.

Basic forklift handling and MR licence are advantageous. A physically fit, customer-focused team player who can load/unload trucks is valued; incentives and staff benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, pick and cross check orders while always maintaining stock rotation
  • Working in temperature-controlled environments ranging from 4 degrees to -24 degrees
  • A sound understanding of OH&S and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements with respect to safe manual handling principles, injury prevention and food safety

  Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • MR licence (or higher advantageous - not essential);
  • Forklift licence (advantageous);
  • Physically able to hand load and un-load trucks (within safety guidelines)
  • Customer focused with a positive attitude!
