Job summary

PFD Food Services is seeking a Storeperson in Townsville to join a growing team. The role involves handling warehousing tasks with emphasis on accuracy and safety in temperature-controlled environments, including both dry and refrigerated goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, pick and cross check orders while always maintaining stock rotation
• Working in temperature-controlled environments ranging from 4 degrees to -24 degrees
• A sound understanding of OH&S and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements with respect to safe manual handling principles, injury prevention and food safety

• High Reach Forklift License needed
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Experience in cold storage or food delivery? Great, but not a must!
