About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Storeperson to join our small and close-knit team at our warehouse in Launceston. This role will also be customer facing and our ideal candidate will have an interest in learning about our product range.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday from 6am – 2pm.

We are offering a generous pay rate of $30 per hour (this will increase with further training)

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate machinery (overhead crane, forklift, processing machine)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed and great customer service skills.

To be successful, you will have

• Hold a current high risk forklift licence and have forklift operating experience desirable (or be willing to obtain)
• Exceptional commitment to safety
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
• Be computer literate
• Willingness to learn and upskill
