Job summary

DHL is hiring a Storeperson in Horsley Park to join our warehouse operations. In a fast-paced environment you will process inbound and outbound orders, perform put-aways, replenish stock, and use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System to ensure accuracy.

You'll work as part of a supportive team, with recognised safety practices and opportunities to develop your skills, including forklift licensing and access to staff programs such as Perk-Box and employee recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume warehouse operations.
• Forklift licence (highly desirable).
• Experience picking, packing, checking and dispatching orders.
• Familiar with RF scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time.
• Perform put-aways of goods into designated locations.
• Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability.
• Utilise RF scanners and WMS to print labels and verify data.
• Support stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Efficiently processing both inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing put-aways of goods into designated locations, maintaining organisation and accessibility.
• Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• Utilizing handheld technology, such as RF scanners, to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
• Operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data accuracy.
• Supporting stocktakes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Demonstrating awareness of potential hazards and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management
