Job summary

DHL in Horsley Park, NSW is seeking a Storeperson to support high-volume warehouse operations, handling inbound/outbound orders, put-aways, and stock replenishment. You will use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a valid forklift licence, teamwork, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to WH&S. Pre-employment checks may apply; DHL provides training, uniforms and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• High reach forklift licence and experience (essential).
• Proven experience picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.
• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Adherence to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Pre-employment medical and police clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and timely.
• Put-aways of goods to designated locations with organisation.
• Timely replenishment of stock to support operations.
• Utilise handheld RF scanners to process orders and manage inventory.
• Print labels and verify data using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support stocktakes to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain safety by recognising hazards and contributing to a safe workplace.

• Efficiently processing both inbound and/ or outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing put-aways of goods into designated locations, maintaining organisation and accessibility.
• Timely replenishment of stock to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• Utilising handheld technology, such as RF scanners, to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
• Operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to print labels and verify data accuracy.
• Supporting stocktakes as required to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Demonstrating awareness of potential hazards and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
