Job summary

Conquest Personnel in Melbourne seeks an experienced Storeperson to run a busy warehouse, handling receiving, storage, picking, packing, labeling and dispatch with a walker/stacker.

You will coordinate casual staff, manage inventory and freight, maintain a safe and tidy site, and contribute to process improvements with the manager.

The Role

• Run the warehouse - Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, labelling and dispatch, including operating a walker/stacker.
• Coordinate & maintain - Assist with casual staff, inventory and freight while maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse.
• Improve & support - Assist with EDI and broader business activities, identify process improvements and work closely with the manager to improve operations.

• Experienced & hands-on - An experienced Storeperson/Warehouse professional who is comfortable working in a busy environment and getting involved.
• Reliable & accountable - Organised, detail-focused and able to work independently, take ownership and coordinate others when required.
