Job summary

Mercy Health Australia is seeking a casual warehousing assistant at Mercy Women's Hospital in Heidelberg. The role focuses on imprest/scan, timely delivery of goods to wards, stock rotation, and strong teamwork within a hospital store environment.

Responsibilities include ERP-based delivery management, administration, and manual handling. You should have warehousing experience, particularly with sterile goods, and solid computer literacy for purchasing and inventory systems.

• Store/warehousing experience, including handling sterile goods in a clean environment.
• Strong computer literacy with purchasing experience and knowledge of inventory/warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Imprest/scan (bar-coding) at ward level and coordinate prompt delivery of goods to and between departments with stock rotations.
• Work within a team of staff performing similar functions and support others.
• Administration and manual handling are required.
• Manage and operate receivables of daily deliveries via ERP system and put away/deliver as required.
