GAZMAN in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on people leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work with the Store Manager to drive sales, nurture a high-performing team, and maintain a polished store presentation.

You’ll manage rostering, training, inventory and promotions, coach staff, and foster a family-style culture, with a focus on development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, people-first leader with a passion for retail.
• Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Confident communicator who leads by example in a customer-focused environment.
• Great visual merchandising skills and presentation sense.
