Gazman in Canberra is seeking an experienced retail leader to partner with the Store Manager in running the store and developing a high-performing team. You will coach staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with authentic, memorable interactions.

• Experience leading a retail team in a high-volume store.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to meet KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all aspects of running the store.
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic interactions.
• Drive sales and ensure achievement of KPI targets.
• Create an inspirational, supportive environment for your team.
• Implement promotional and visual merchandising initiatives as directed by VM team.
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are maintained.
• Processing and replenishing stock.
